Purpose of TPS Regional Site Visits
The purpose of a Teacher-Powered Schools site visit is to give educators and school leaders an opportunity to see teacher-powered practices in action. Through classroom observations, conversations with teachers and students, and discussions about shared leadership and decision-making, participants will explore how schools create environments where educators have a voice in shaping teaching and learning. The visit is designed to encourage collaboration, spark new ideas, and help participants identify practical strategies they can bring back to their own schools to strengthen teacher leadership, support student-centered learning, and improve student outcomes.
