The directions on Google and Apple Maps are a bit confusing. The easiest way to get to UCLA Luskin Conference Center is to turn left on Westwood from Wilshire; you will dead end into the conference center.

Parking

Convenient parking is available next to the UCLA Luskin Conference Center in Parking Structure #8, Level 4. From the 3rd Level there is a bridge with direct access to the entrance to the UCLA Luskin Conference Center.

Parking is $3 per hour, $12 per day, or $28 entering one day and staying until 5:29 pm the following day (basically two days, but one overnight).

Valet is also available at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center for $4 per hour or $39 overnight.

Transportation To and From Local Airports

Located in the center of UCLA’s main campus the Luskin Conference Center is easily accessible from local Los Angeles airports.

From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) the Fly Away Bus service is available for $8 one way to UCLA and drops off near the Luskin Conference Center and hotel. Guests will take the Westwood line.

For attendees preferring to take a taxi or Uber, the UCLA Luskin Conference Center is 12 miles from LAX and 15 miles from Burbank Airport. Rush hour traffic in Los Angeles can be rough; plan accordingly.

Rooms for the conference are available at the onsite hotel at UCLA Luskin Conference Center for $239 per night, including tax.

Rooms must be booked by December 26th, 2016 to be eligible for the group rate.

1. Visit the conference center website
2. Once there, click the “Book a Room” button
3. Select “I have a Conference Code” and the “Submit and Check Availability” button at the bottom of the page
4. Input TEAC0125 into Conference Code area and enter arrival/departure dates
5. Click on “Check Availability”
6. Select room type on next screen after submitting “Check Availability”
7. A valid credit card is required to make reservations
8. Due to holiday campus closings, please note that starting Dec. 22 rooms must be booked online
