Site leaders

Any educator serving in a leadership role at a school including the principal, instructional leadership team, lead teachers, department and grade level chairs, and committee chairs. At teacher-powered schools, site leaders represent a large portion of the educator team and in many cases all educators are considered site leaders. Teacher leader and site leader are used interchangeably.
